Standard PVC cable releases toxic, corrosive hydrogen chloride gas in a fire — the FireFighter LSZH jacket does not, protecting occupants and limiting damage to electrical equipment.
In Self-Consumption mode, the system charges the battery from surplus solar generation during daylight hours and automatically discharges to supply the home's loads after sunset or when solar output drops below consumption — reducing grid import. The Enphase App gives homeowners real-time visibility of energy flow and the battery's state of charge, and allows scheduling and tariff optimisation settings to be adjusted remotely.
