At AIZO Quality Heating, we stand by the craftsmanship of our heating solutions and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your home remains perfectly comfortable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all eligible units.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Unit

    Carefully repackage your heating system in its original factory packaging, ensuring all thermostats, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship to AIZO

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
