The Verplas VKC360 is a 150mm round 90° elbow bend for the Verplas System 150 rigid duct range. It provides a full right-angle direction change in 150mm duct runs, suitable for routing around structural elements, joists, walls, or ceiling voids. The fitting is push-fit compatible with all System 150 duct pipes and fittings, and is made from white uPVC for lightweight, consistent installation.

Is it better to use a 90° or two 45° bends?
Two VKC361 45° bends create a gentler sweep with lower total pressure drop than a single VKC360 90° elbow. If fan duty is marginal or noise is a concern, prefer the two-bend approach where space allows.
Can I use this bend in any orientation?
Yes — the VKC360 can be oriented in any plane: horizontal, vertical, or angled. Secure the duct run with pipe clips to prevent lever loading on the bend body.
Does the 90° bend affect noise levels?
Direction changes increase turbulence and can raise duct noise. Using a swept elbow and keeping airflow velocity within recommended limits minimises this effect.
How many 90° bends can I use in one duct run?
